How to order
Ordering from NAAYART is very easy, intuitive and satisfying!
1. First you can navigate our catalog by clicking on the desired category at the top of the page, more search options will appear on the left side. Once you find an item that interests you, click directly on the image. That will take you to the product page, where you can look at all the details, more and bigger photos, etc. We continuously add more and more new and original products to our catalog.
2. When you have found what you want, just click on the "Add to Cart" button. In the Cart page you can review your added products, change the quantity of items (by entering the desired number and clicking "Update Shopping Cart"), or just "Continue Shopping". You can go back to the Cart page anytime just by clicking on the "My Cart" button at the top of the screen.
3. To place your order just click on "Proceed to Checkout" from the Cart page. If you are already registered just Login, otherwise click "Register" and enter your information. Click "Continue" and follow the easy instructions. Make sure you provide a full and valid street address. After you have reviewed your order in the last step, you will be taken to a PayPal website where you will enter payment information. You can pay with any credit card, debit card, or with your PayPal credit too! This is all done in an encrypted and secure PayPal hosted webpage for maximum security and peace of mind.
That's it! You have successfully placed your order and now you can just sit back and relax. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is placed. You will also receive an email from PayPal confirming your payment.
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive another email with tracking information.
You can check your account details anytime, just click on "Log in" at the top of the webpage. That will give you access to your past and current orders, address book, product reviews, etc.
 
Shipping & Delivery
All items at NAAYART are shipped directly from Mexico by Federal Express (Fedex) within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the type of shipping you choose. Some shipping options are not available for all locations:
FedEx International First    8:00am or 8:30am / 1-2 business days
FedEx International Priority    10:30am / 1-3 business days
FedEx International Economy    4-6 business days
For more detailed transit times to your country and location we recommend you to check Fedex website directly at www.fedex.com.
We are not able to ship to PO boxes, please make sure you provide a full and valid street address at the time of checkout. Additionally, for your own security, shipments will require a signature when delivered, so we recommend you to provide an address at which someone is present during daytime.
 
Payment
We understand that some people can feel a little concerned about shopping and making online payments. The truth is that paying online with your credit card can be as safe as or even safer than paying with it in any other establishment, restaurant, etc.
We want you to feel 100% comfortable when making an online purchase, so for this reason all credit card transactions are processed in the most secure way by PayPal. With almost 200 million people all over the world using PayPal, it offers the most advanced & secure gateway for making online payments.
 
Global Market
One of the main goals at NAAYART is providing an effective way for Mexican artisans to showcase their pieces of art to people all over the world, and of course for those people to be able to acquire these articles from their own homes. With this in mind, we offer our catalog to all countries to which a delivery is possible using FedEx carrier.
Fortunately, there are multiple Free Trade Agreements between Mexico and the rest of the world, including the United States, Canada, European Union, Latin America, Japan, etc. This reduces or eliminates any import tariffs or duties. However, we recommend customers to check with their local customs office for any other kind of tax that might be applicable (e.g. VAT or Value Added Tax). NAAYART cannot be held responsible for any taxes imposed by governments.
 
Returns Policy & Non-Received Items
It is very important for us at NAAYART that all our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchases. Refunds are available for up to 30 days after you place your order. You need to request an RMA number via email during this period, so we will send you the detailed instructions to process the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, duties and taxes as a result of the original order and the return. If the return is caused by a direct error on our part, we will take responsibility for the shipping costs associated with it. Refunds will not apply if the returned products have been damaged or altered in any way, so we strongly recommend our customers to use a reliable carrier with insurance such as FedEx, UPS or DHL. It is also important to use the original packaging to ensure items arrive in good condition.
Please make sure you provide a full and valid street address at the time of checkout, we cannot take responsibility for any items not received due to an incorrect address. Contact us directly at sales@naayart.com for any questions or claims regarding a package that has not been received. Note that any claims must be made within 7 days of the delivery date reported by FedEx.
